04/08/2026~05/01/2026
Fading Blue was selected as an Honorarium Winner in the Community Arts Advocates category for Teen Arts NJ’s Creative Change Makers: Sustainable Arts, Creating with Consciousness, a program that recognizes high school artists using creative expression to inspire activism and positive community change.
In collaboration with the Long Branch Arts & Cultural Center, Fading Blue displayed 10 student artworks from its environmental group exhibition from April 8 to May 1.
The original exhibition, organized by Andrew Shin, Caitlin Yoon, Ethan Hong, Gianna Park, and Gallery The Frame, also included active participation from student artists Allison Kim, Claire Pyo, Hailey Kim, Jiyul Lim, and Siwoo Nam.
Through this exhibition, Fading Blue shared youth perspectives on environmental issues and showed how art can help people think more deeply about sustainability. Fading Blue will also be recognized at the New Jersey State Teen Arts Festival Awards Ceremony at Middlesex College in Edison, NJ, from June 1–3, 2026, where the group will receive a $1,000 prize for its work in community-centered environmental art.
